Office Hours
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to Noon, and 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday & Friday: 9:30 a.m. to Noon.
Financial
If your injury is auto-related, I accept all auto insurances, if applicable. I will do everything I can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted at my office include check, VISA, and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as HSA cards.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice. I ask for this advance notice so that I can offer this appointment to another patient.
